this show was very small last year, with just 6 or 8 vendors. It looks as though it really has expanded. Have fun.

I went last year and won two Disas from a skill session raffle.

Like David mentioned, it was small. It sounds like it's a little bigger this year.

I'm thinking of going Friday, May 30th, afternoon. If any other bay area member is planning on going that day, let me know.

Oh, phooey! I thought I saw the show start on a Friday. Maybe I'm getting it confused with another show. Oh well. Then I'd be going Saturday.

The show is rather small. So if you work closeby or could take a 'long' lunch break, visiting the show should take about an hour or less, if you skip the skill sessions (30 minutes each).

butt0n,

I know this is last minute, but just got info about an orchid show in Oakland tomorrow (May 10) and Sunday (May 11). It's at the Lake Merritt Garden Center and held 10am-5pm. Maybe you can make it this weekend.

Arlene, thanks so much for looking out...unfortunately, I'm at work all weekend long.
