When to go

If your planning to go to a show thats 2 days long. When do you go?

1. On the 1st day they'll have the best selection but....
2. On the 2nd day the vendors may be willing to sell lower since they dont want to have to pack everything back up to drag home with them.

Early, early, early. I'd go to be there when they open on the first day and I'd go to the vendors first. After I had shopped, I'd go to the show. The choicest plants will not last until the end of the show and if a vendor does offer deals at the end they will be for the leftovers.

I'm going to my first show soon- I can't wait. I'm going early- Can't do both because we're going lighthouse hunting afterwards. My husband is getting orchided out! Enjoy your show!

what can I say, I'm surely addicted with orchids.

One thing that eludes me, is a good priced (dirt cheap!) E. sanderiana and its alba form. I cant find a local source for it. But can't import...will have to resort to something

am sorry...i mean euanthe or vanda sanderiana. I really find it hard to get a good priced plant in the philippines.... the usual price is about $25 to $30 for a blooming size plant is already way out of my range....that is if you consider that im spoiled with $1 to $2 plants
