My Guide to 360 Degree Orchid Photography

OK, I know it's been a while since I've posted here But, I thought that some of you might find this article helpful, or at least interesting.

With any luck, you'll remember the 3D Spins that I used to post here. I haven't grown orchids for the past couple of years, due to a variety of circumstances, so the examples in the article are a bit old now... but perhaps some of you haven't seen them. Anyway, here it is:

Guide to 360 degree Orchid Photography

- Matthew Gore

(Incidentally, since I don't grow orchids anymore, I may not check back here very frequently... so if you have questions or comments, you might want to do it directly on the article).

Mods... is there BB code installed on this forum to display Flash objects or videos? I've seen it done on other forums, but I think it's usually custom. Just thought I'd check.. it would make providing examples a lot easier.

Hi Matthew,

I'd noticed you hadn't been around for a while. I'm sorry to hear you're not growing orchids any more as you were clearly an excellent grower and knowledgeable. I've always liked your 360 photos and appreciate your willingness to share your technique.

Cheers!

Enjoyed your 360 photos and looking further into your photo courses. However, still not clear on histogram correction. Must research more.
