Are there other members here having the same issues I am when trying to get into some threads? I keep getting the following message. Sometimes, clicking a few times, will open the thread but most times, not. Some threads have been impossible to view since the site was down a few days ago.

Is the forum still going through maintenance or is this a glitch?

HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.

I have only had problems viewing the links for the Orchid Projects. Usually if I go back to it later it works but not today. I can't get to the Species Project thread.

the other day I was having issues opening the my growing spaces link but the other thread links were fine.

On my end, more times than not, it takes several attempts to get in and there are some posts and threads totally impossible to view.

I don't have the error 505 problem any more, haven't for a few days now but I can't get into any of the project threads.

On some when I click on a thread, I get a completely blank page. Other threads are fine. I am using Firefox but Explorer gives me a HTTP 500 Internal Server error instead of a blank page.

I get the same error when I try and go to the Epiphyte Division Thread. It has been doing that to me for the last couple of days.

I'm with Viviene - I can't get to the Species. I was looking for the answer about whether or not I could take part.

I was having same problems as above. Also When I click on a thumbnail pic in the photo gallery, the image doesn't expand to a full size pic. Is anyone else having that happen?

Jirel, Yes, you can join in the species project. I'll post info here since we've been having problems getting into the various threads.

I'll reiterate the information that I received from Fred on this thread as well. He is aware
of the problem and has relayed it to Dave. It seems it is only affecting the threads that
have 50 or more posts attached to them. Hopefully the problem will be resolved shortly.

Whoops! Brain drain! It must be the Hybrids I wanted to join. Its not the one with the ordering from OakHill but from the individual. I hope to order worm tea at the same time. (I take a lot of meds - can't trust my memory. Sorry)

I had my programmer repair and optimize the forum tables, also incresed php memory limit, timeout. This should help things but if problems continue please let Fred or me know.
