Hi all
I need to let you know about Visitor Messages in your profiles
if any member has a message from ( as-nono ) PLEASE DO NOT click the link because its a Trojan Horse

the member was reported and has been banned from 'geeks'

I deleted about 7 visitors messages with the link just in-case there are more messages from ( as-nono ) please delete the message asap

thanks for the warning! If i hadn't read this before checking my visitor message i probably would have clicked that! Thanks to the wonderful admins & moderators who catch and block the people.

your welcome 'geeks' I would hate to hear your PC got infected

anyone that did click the link it will pay you to run your anti virus program

or if one does not have a current anti virus you can download the free anti virus in my first post

that automatically updates as well

also thanks to the two 'geeks who reported the member as well

if you see a new member here on 'geeks' and you are not sure about a link posted either in a visitors message or via a pm feel free to report the member

if in doubt please don't click the link.

I have a zero tolerance for spamming here on 'geeks'

Fred thanks for dealing with this. Are you able to also remove the spammer from my home page? It is in the part that tells you who has visited my page. I also noticed it is in others' visitor sections as well. I would hate to have someone click on it not knowing who or what it is. Appreciate your efforts.

What Synda said. When I right click I don't have a delete option so not sure how to make it go bye-bye. Any assistance is much appreciated!

I deleted that spammer so that should not show up in ( who has visited ) your profile anymore.

My son talked me through running the anti-virus that Fred suggested. Sure enough, it found it! He helped me clear it out. Whew! What a mess that was! Fred, you're awesome!
