User ranks implemented

You may notice that some users have little blue or yellow stars by their user names. I have turned on "user ranks". Users will receive more stars based on how many posts they contribute.

100 posts = 1 blue star
200 posts= 2 blue stars
300 post = 3 blue stars
400 posts = 4 blue stars

500 posts = 1 Gold Star
600 posts = 2 Gold Stars
700 posts = 3 Gold Stars
800 posts = 4 Gold Stars


I also turned on reputation (right side under join date) which means users can give reps to other members for giving good advice, tips, ect or take them away i.e spamming. The longer you have been a member the more points you gain, and also increases the more you post.
