Naples Nights mounting

OK, my original Naples Nights isn't doing as well as others, .

Yesterday, I got some worm tea, and soaked the roots (not many) in it. I then repotted it, in a smaller pot, as it was very wobbly in the 4" pot. I am using a fine bark mix.

I want to know if I should try and mount it or let it be for a while to see if I get better root growth? I don't want to loose it, but sometimes I do more than I should at one time! Just trying to be a good orchid mom!

I have another Naples Night coming from Jerry, that is from the same group that he sent for the project, but this one has a small spike!

Any help on what to do with the Naples Nights would be helpful.
