3 of my last 10 - 2 inch pots flowered today

I have not had time to set up a control out of the last 10 Phals from this group. They were placed in plastic bags to take to a show last week and left in the bags until todays show.

This afternoon I saw that 3 of the ten were in spike. They were the same batch as all the ones I sent out. When I shipped I just grabbed the first bag that came to hand. There was nothing different in appearance from the shipped plants.

Possibly the heat of the packed plants initiated the spikes, some were in direct sun for a couple of hours.

They were all in sphag and getting watered every day because of the evaporation rate in our heat (no water this week since they were not unpacked). Except for the couple of hours when light shifts at the shows they have been in outdoors 100% shade.

Just to let everyone know. My apartment is about 78 degrees and DRY! (40%~Gotta get the moisture up!!!) Maybe that's why I got the first initiative spike?
