spot on a leaf

I got my pictures. I noticed that it has red/brown lightish spot on one leaf close to the center. Is it something I should be worried about?

Agreed, these look like mechanical damages, nothing to harm or spread on the plant.
no worries, just a little defect

What others are noticing is what I first noted as well - looks like two crowns growing on one set of roots. Eventually you will be able to make that TWO plants if you wish. Having deflasked some phals last summer I noted a number of baby flasklings just grew that way and it is easy to see why a grower would just leave them - it is almost like a BONUS to anyone who is not set on a particular aesthetic typical one crown arrangement. The red coloring indicates it was being pushed to its limit on light previously - overall looks like a very nice plant to start with.

Good news all around. I am glad the plant is not infected and i can live with mechanical damage. And i got potentially two plants I will to leave them together.
It does have some red coloring on its leaves, i am not talking about the spot. Perhaps it had too much sun at some point. Right now it is in a shady area but i am planing to move it to a "morning sun" spot in a few days. It is quarantined now.
How about Aerangis Biloba spots?? in earangis biloba section

When I waqs at Oak Hill, Liese mentioned that the intermedia's had gotten a bit too much sun, so that is what you are seeing. Shouldn't bother the growing at all.

Good for you! That looks promising. I've noticed that sometimes these species plants are prone to do that. Might eventually mean two crowns and then either two spikes (one from each) and/or an eventual division to two plants?
