| Blooming Paph spicerianum
I have been waiting for this little fella(or girl) to finish opening before showing her off. I just took the attached picture. I received the plant in March as part of this project, let it rest for a couple of weeks then up-potted it on 4/10. It has two new growths on it also so I am hoping that next year it will bloom on those.

Yours bloomed out nicely!!  Mine bloomed but was a little wonkey! I'm hoping for a better show next year. Yours looks great!!!

Such a pretty bloom. I'm glad that everyone got them to bloom. What success. WONKEY~~~What a term. I never heard that saying before. LoL  That's going to be my word for the day! LoL

It's definitely going on my list also, I saw one in bloom at Marlow's last weekend and they look even better in person. Too bad the one he had wasn't for sale.

I've noticed there are 2 threads now about blooming spicerianums. Take note: late autumn/early winter seems to be flowering time for them!  I have to say I love this species. It's so quirky.
