Any new growth?

I've had my Paph. spicerianum since the beginning of the month. I've just let it sit and get comfortable since. Haven't noticed anything going on, however, it's still been pretty chilly here and many of the other orchids are just getting started with some growth. I suppose that I should check the roots, but didn't want to disturb it until I saw something growing.

How are the rest of you doing?
