A few pics from my garden

My gardens are just getting started. Here's a few pics.

The first 2 shots are of my Beverly Sills Iris that I brought with me from my old house. Pic. #3 is a planter w/begonia and lobelia. Pic. #4 is of some marigolds that I started from seed- I know,... boring, but I like them!

The last picture is of my Mom in her yard by her Yucca. (She's 82!!)

Orchidementia is on a distinguished road
The cornflowers look so pretty with the iris. I love lobelia; then again, with my penchant for blue flowers, is that surprise? Nothing boring about those marigolds, either; most people get the solid color ones, which are nice but ... Good growing on the mom, too!

Thanks! I now have to go out and do some serious weeding, since I excell at growing weeds the most!

As far as my mom goes, she's going backwards! She used to be 5'1", but now is only 4'10" !
