And there are what I know as Chinese lanterns, grapes (inspiration from Greece) and Fuji apples.

Those Chinese lanterns are very pretty! How nice it would be to have an apple tree! My old neighbor had and they are so much better than store bought!

Yes they sure are better. I also have lemons and persimmons. Although every fall when I throw a party everyone grabs a bag and pick most of them off and I end up with just some.

It really bears a lot of fruits. Enough to share with everyone, including the birds!

Pretty, pretty!

It has to be the Indiana hick talk, I'm tellin' ya. LOL

What everyone knows as Fushias we call them Chinese Lanterns.
(Some call the Fushias- Bleeding Hearts )

I'll have to show you a pic of an acorn tree.

Jenny, I find people know plants by so many names. Sometimes the common names get switched around. Although bleeding hearts doesn't look anything like fuschias. They are just as pretty no matter what they are called.

JoBeth, I've had that plant for at least 4 years and it dies down every winter and comes back in the spring. This year it didn't get as tall. It has yellow and peach color blooms. I think they are two separate plants.
