| Freesia!
Aside from orchids, Freesia are another of my most favorite flowers. I've never had the pleasure of owning a plant until just recently when I received on as a gift. Unfortunarely, I dont live in zones 8-11 where they are able to be grown as a perennial.
I've heard varying things about growing Freesia in zone 6 (which is the zone I live in.) Some things are saying that it is best to grow it as an indoor plant, others say wait until it is done flowering and over winter the corms.
I would rather overwinter the corms, does anyone have any advice on this? I've read in one place that freesia corms need to be stored in a cool, dry place and others in a warm dry place.
ANY advice??
Thanks,
Sarah
