Dogwoods & SuperThrive

Hi,
When I bought my place last year - it came with a couple of Dogwoods and I think they were freshly planted. Blooming and all that good stuff. Well this year they didn't bloom and I was wondering if superthrive would help them come along?

I read that it's not that unusual for Dogwoods not to bloom the following years after they've planted because they are trying to establish themselves.

Thanks!
Kath-

it seems kind of expensive for large multiple applications but who knows try it and see what happens.

So I guess the 1 ounce bottle I got for my Orchids won't cut it for the Dogwoods

SuperThrive is awesome for your trees. I have used it on all the trees in my yard religiously with very good results. My house appears to have been here in this neighborhood longer since the trees are much larger than the neighbors' who were planted around the same time.

For the trees, follow the directions, usually a capful to 10 gallons is more than sufficient per tree. I do this each month making sure to slowly pour the liquid into the roots. I don't want run off since my grass does not need more TLC. This stuff is does miracles if directions are followed.

When do you add the SuperThrive and water the dogwoods with it?

All you need is bucket and add a couple of drops of Superthrive to it, pour it around the trunk of the tree slowly and let it soak in. You don't have to do anything special.

Use it year round.

I use a mild solution each week for my orchids.

My trees get Superthrive once per month but more doesn't seem to hurt them. My plants around the patio get the leftover warer from my orchid soaking so they're getting plenty each week. It's helping them do well and my azalea is doing nicely with this as well.

Superthrive is nothing but vitamins and minerals for your plant. It's fairly easy to use and very hard to abuse. One thing is that you need to use what you prepare since it does not store well after being mixed with water.
