| We just had a day of freezing rain/snow. Everything is covered with a thin layer of ice. You have to break the ice off your car before you can get inside. It's beautiful,of course, but the last time this happened we lost a few huge limbs on an old elm tree. Some people had major structural damage to their houses because of the falling limbs and the weight of the ice. So the pictures are of the kinder, gentler side of Mother Nature. Thanks (really) for the reminder, Hummer. I can't wait to see it again. Great pictures ![]() ![]()

| Thanks for the bit of spring! We're in a rental house, and I planted a few bulbs when we moved in in November. I just beat the snow. I can't wait to see their little leaves starting to emerge. Right now, we have LOTS of snow, ice, and ick. It can be pretty sometimes, but I'm ready for a new show!!!
