Brugmansia (yellow)

These Brugmansia flowers are very large , about 30-40 cm (12 -15 inches approx.), each. They are heavily scented.

I think they come in 3 colours and I have two of the three - white and yellow. I cannot find any pink ones here.

The fragrance permeates a very large area.

I have not seen any labels on them, flowerchild. They come as 8-10" stumps.

The ones I have are gifts from my dentist. He does not have pink either.

Do you leave them outside during winter?

Thanks.

Pikevi I don't really do anything with them over winter as they were in the garden and have little spikey balls for seed pods and they just seem to grow everywhere.

Thanks flowerchild.

That may explain it. Plants may NOT survive the winters but the seeds may! I just had a glimpse of hope that I could leave them outside this winter.

Tess1: pardon my ignorance. Do dunnies refer to sand dunes or 'water-holes'?
It is a very poisonous plant( every part of the plant is poisonous). I believe they require lots of water.
