| pikevi, You have a very nice air plant. It's funny. I bought an air plant, too, from a vendor at an orchid show. However, mine looks a little different from yours. I have a Tillandsia. It finished blooming back in April and now have a new growth. I hope I can get it to bloom again within the year, or next. What type of wood do you have it mounted on? Thanks for sharing.

| arleneg: I am sorry I missed your post earlier. The wood they are mounted on not the best. Some are on African Red Wood , which are as hardy as ebony. They are the only 'driftwood' that will sink in water and I use them in my aquariums. And others are mounted on a dead trunk of a golden plum (from my backyard). electric.chowder: yes, I have seen those airplants mounted on other things and also on other plants even, especially, bonsai. |
