Jade Tree in bloom (pink variety)

Hi everyone,
A while back I sent Jonada some cuttings of Jade tree from 2 color varieties white and pink. Here is the main pink plant I have in full bloom right now.
(Hope you like it Jonada) . It take a few years to get them this full of blooms but well worth the wait

Beautiful and congratulations! We have had jade plants for as long as I can remember and I've never had one bloom. The one I have currently is too young to bloom anyway, but my Mom's never have. Someday I hope to bring one to bloom.

Thank you Jperry
I also have a couple big ones that don't bloom as well. I'm thinking maybe some varieties don't they are over 10 years old. But I have a giagantic one that blooms white and the one pic ablabove is 1/4 the size about as old and it blooms pink sevearl times a year. The white one blooms in the warmer months. Maybe you have a. Non blooming variety like a few I have also.

Emmaye, you are too kind. I will be thrilled if I can get one of these to bloom. Yours is just gorgeous!! Is it fragrant?

WOW! What a beautiful display, Emmaye. I knew jades bloomed, but not like that! I've got two pretty large Portulacaria afra, (elephant bush), bonsai, that are over 35 yrs. old, but I guess they don't bloom. They can take full morning sun down here and the stems get a nice burgundy color, but never seen any flowers.
Good Growing,
Tony

P.S. I just double checked and it they are supposed to bloom in the spring with small, inconspicuous pink flowers. They must be VERY inconspicuous, 'cause in all these yrs. I've never seen one!

I have had several jades, and none have bloomed for me.
