| Malva moschata
Here are some pictures of my blooming Malva moschata. This plant is also known as the musk mallow flower, I believe it is a European wildflower, apparently the leaves are edible and it is often a component of salads in Europe. I got a packet of the seeds as a bonus when I ordered a packet of Crassula coccinea seeds, none of the Crassula seeds germinated and only two of the Malva seeds germinated. One Malva plant died, the other lived and it has just bloomed. Its not the most interesting or exotic bloom I have seen, but since I raised it from seed I am proud of it. I have been growing it since January 2011. Here are the pictures of its one bloom:
