Epiphyllum - no blooms...yet!

HI all! Just wanted to share some pics of some of the cuttings I received from...you guessed it...Emmaye! She had posted pics of her blooms and offered cuttings, so I jumped on it! That's when I got the little babies, too.

Anyhoo...enough babbling. They seem to like their pot. (Yes, they are planted low, but I ran out of cactus soil )

Looking good, Brigitte. I'll bet they fill that pot by next summer.

Hey they look great!
Here's the plants those cuttings came from there are 2 huge pots here and they are mixed bloom colors so it will be a surprise when they do bloom.. Sorry about all the leaf litter and dropped oranges need to rake it all up and pick out the leaves trapped in the pots (constantly lol)
What bloomed for me was a cutting from one of those in the 2nd pic (kitty pit) lol.

Oh, I remember those blooms. Had me drooling all over myself! Those are monsters you have there. I would guess I'm a few years from blooming, then.

Until then, they do seem to be pretty content. I'm going to jack them up in the pot a little, I think. I got some more cactus soil, so I should be able to make them a little more comfortable.
