| Bhut Jolokia
So I love growing things, and as long as hubby and I have been married, we have our own little garden. This year wasnt going to be different. We bought our traditional yearly peppers. Banana and habenaros. I have been lovingly taking care of them, and we are now starting to get peppers galore. I love to dry out the habs and use the ground peppers in the spices for my hot wings. We have always joked that someday..... we would get our hands on Bhut Jolokias and grow some. Well our neighbor here decided to get some of the seeds and since Im the gardener up here, he gave me the seeds to start for him and in payment for my work, we will split some of the plants. Well I planted 14 seeds, and boom if right now we dont have around 9 to 10 of the seeds up. Im just so excited I had to share. The thought of getting these things to pepper, and having ghost chili spice just about blows my mind..... My hot wings will reach a whole new level this next year.
