Good luck with that! Quince preserves Greek-style are wonderful on ice cream - I usually buy some fruit and make this in late fall. And there's of course also roast quince with whipped cream, and membrillo... And the fruit smell fantastic laid out in a bowl on the table. |

Yup, it fruits. Regrettably, I lived somewhere with five huge bushes of this and never thought to make jam from it. They were very old and well established plants. They were right next to a huge 75 year-old Persimmon tree, something I made lots of jam from.
