yet another cacti

I don't think I have posted photos of this cacti before
this was one of two plants my Father had
my Father gave me this one a long time ago but it was a young plant and the one my Father had at mum and dads house died

I don't know the name of this one so far as you can see with the attachment the bottom branches ( arms as I call them ) then some stem then more branches ( arms )
very unusual
