Rescued Majesty or Queen Palm

So I rescued this pot of Majesty or Queen Palms from the side of the road of an abandoned house, that was being cleared out for renovation. As you can see it has suffered neglect, and growing sideways a bit. So before i repot, can anyone tell me if it is a Majesty or Queen Palm, and if i can divide the rizome into four individual Palms? Also, what else can i do to get this back on the road to health? Also, a quick side note on the first picture you see:
That's not an anomoly of the plant, that's just my baby pug, Chantz, who decided he needed you to see a close up of his little face, lol!

I do not believe either Queens or Majesty palms grow alone rizhimes. I would think it is an areca palm.

I agree with Jerry; I don't think it is either a Queen Palm or a Majesty Palm. Maybe a young Phoenix roebelenii (Pygmy Date Palm)????

Good luck with the rescues. Can't say palm trees without thinking of sunny warm places.

Not a Queen. That is a single. Doesn't look like an Areca. Doesn't look like a Robellini (sp?) Does it have spikes along the fronds? I'm not sure what it is.
