Dracaenea fragrans

Smells amaaaaazing. All though the house... mmmm. It drips goo everywhere though. The photos are in sequence of the blooming. This is grown as a houseplant, although at one point it was about 12ft tall. (now it's cut into small bits...)

Thanks. When the old plant first bloomed it was a complete surprise because it did it when in was already about 8ft tall and no one could see it, just the smell and sap to tell. This one is only about three feet tall.
