One question. Is spaghum moss used as orchid potting mix cultivated or collected from the wild?

What does it look like in its natural form and how is it processed before sold as potting media?

this is the good stuff; i think it also comes from chile (the cheap stuff i use; i'd happily use NZS but it comes in 50 lb bags. ! )
