| Aussie Gold Does anyone have experience with Aussie Gold ? Curious since it claims you can not overwater but I read elsewhere it's tricky stuff and you can overwater. Thanks in advance.

| Heres an updates on my experiment... My Brassavolas and Dens in the Aussie Gold (regular) are doing quite well. I am seeing new roots with both and watering is fairly easy for them. I like the fact the roots seem to growing quickly so good signs. I also bought the Aussie for seedlings which is a finer grind of the orginal stuff. I have an oncidium with severely challenged root system in this. It's only been a week and keeping my fingers crossed. The other part of the oncidium is in a pot with a mix of the seedling and the fine bark. It's seems to be helping this plant as well so I am not sure if the original bark was just not providing enough moisure. The reason for dividing the two was the rhizome rotted away connecting them so essentially they are two plants now.

| It's a planting mix supposedly from Austrialia. It appears to be a mix of ground Coir, diatomite and some calcium flakes. The marketing hype is that you can not overwater with this mix. Not going to test that out but it's got a lot of non-organics in the mix.
