Not sure what is happening with your plant, but I feel it can be saved. There are some healthy new roots coming in. Are the darker roots soft and mushy?

that looks like it to me that it has been attacked by woolly aphids
having said that I hope to get a second opinion here
I think as well with the way the plant is getting new roots you maybe able to save the plant.

Thanks for coming to my rescue. All of the roots are hard except one. Which i removed it already.

I wash the whole plant with soap water after which spray down with cinnamon/alcohol/dishwasher mix. (following whatever information i have seen. Except the peroxide.)

What should i do next.

If you have already given it a bath and spraying for bugs... and removed dead roots, then it's time to pot the little darling up. for a successful rescue. I think you can do it!

I agree with Digital and say that mites was the culprit, but it looks like something else was munching on it too.

Looks to have a slight bacterial infection as well.

Vivi's right, if you gave it a cleansing go ahead and pot it up. I would suggest dabbing some peroxide on the blackened areas as well to treat the infected areas.

You will have to bathe the plant again in a few days to rid any left over eggs. I would suggest quarantine from any other plants as well. Maybe bathing any other plants that might have come in contact.

OMG, that means i have two more Catt. to be repotted tomorow as getting quite late now. That two is magical. Because i manage to grow the previously stunted baby stalk. Now it has two leave with black tip (soft like paper) and still growing. Seems like unlike some other plant. The growing part of Catt is not initiated from the leaf tip. Did i confuse anyone?

It looks like you've got lots of opinions and some good advice so the only thing I'll add is that durign this recovery period for your phal, good culture will be important. Go to the Orchid Care section of this forum or to AOS | Home to get a phalaenopsis culture sheet. It will tell you the conditions (light, temperature, water, etc) that your phal needs. Give it a read snd let us know if you have any questions.

I already did . The sphagnum moss i use is kind of dry. Well, slightly humid but can't get any water out even if i stepping on it. Should dry up in a day or two which i will pot it up again with fresh one.

Will be misting it with 1/4 strength murashige & skoog daily until it is stabilize.

I am in the midst of saving a phal myself, and I noticed that peroxide (for a minute or two) did help get rid of black mush (fungus?) at the base. I made sure to rinse it thoroughly afterwards.

Seems like recovering nicely. The newest leaf grown much bigger than previously. Much faster too.
