| Yellow sticky traps have been around a long time. The vaseline in a yellow cup works just as good as anything else. You can go to the store (homedepot, walmart, lowes etc. ) and get pre-made yellow sticky squares. I put a square out for thrips in my roses. They like the yellow rose at the front of my house. |

| I had read this, too. I tried it with some bright yellow cups. I also have the yellow sticky cards. I got several on the sticky paper, but not ONE went on the cups. I left the cups there for 3 weeks, and not ONE! I don't know if they just didn't happen to land there, or if it wasn't sticky enough to hold them. I think it was the latter.
