| That looks like the start of fungus. You can treat it with a fungicide or cut it and treat with peroxide and cinnamon. Increase your air circulation. Be sure to sterilize your equiptment.

| That looks like it could be mite damage, and has caused a secondary infection. I would cut it, and treat accordingly.

| It looks to be a bit fo bacterial or fungal spotting. I'd apply a fungicide, increase air flow, and monitor to see that they're not spreading quickly. If they do spread quickly I'd cut the spots off.
