spots on Brs. Leaf

I am told that spots on leaves in the Oncidium family are fairly normal. That looks like a lot though, so let's see what other people have to say. Are they getting a ton of light?

Lisa,
I have several orchids in the Oncidium alliance and although they have a few
spots on the leaves, I think your plant might be getting too much sun. Are
you growing them totally outside? You might want to cut back on the amount
of sun they're getting and see if that helps.
