Unhappy Phal Leaf Trouble

Any ideas what is wrong with this Phal leaf. I use the skewer method to guide me in watering, so I doubt it is over watered. I did leave my plants out in the Sun a bit too long the other day, but this is the only one with a leaf like this. Thanks, Lisa

Second opinion: Your leaf is sunburned. Unfortunately it won't get better, but will eventually dry up and drop off.

Third opinion: Your leaf is sunburned. They never get better - use it as a learning experience for other plants to come!

I'm a newbie, but I agree with everyone else.

Also, can you please tell me what kind of phal that is in your sig? It is very identical for the phal that I do not have a name for.

Thanks all, as predicted, it's not getting better and looks as though it will fall off any day now. I've learned my lesson.

Kel80- the tag on my signature Phal. reads P. Wedding Promenade, however, the tag on my Harlequin Phal. also reads P. Wedding Promenade. I think P. Wedding Promenade can be loosely translated to mean NOID! Lisa

Thanks

Thanks all, the leaf is dying and almost ready to fall off as predicted. I'll certainly try not to make that mistake again.

kel80: 'fraid I can't help much on the ID of that phal. It's a noid from Lowes that my dogs got me for Mother's Day. Lisa

kel80 - your phal might be in the range of 'Phal Brother Sarah Gold + ?????" There are lots of varieties like Phal Brother Sarah Gold 'Sogo', 'Fireworks', 'Peach' to name a few.

Thanks PhalPal. I think you may be correct. All of the pictures that came up after I googled Phal Brother Sarah Gold 'Peach' look exactly like my orchid. I'll have to wait until it flowers to be more sure!
