HELP CYMBIDIUM HAS TINY GREEN BUgs

I was given this cymbidium. It was in a green house where it had tons of orchids. Problem is that I started to notice that the leaves always looked dirty so I cleaned them with water. But it didnt work. Then I noticed tiny spider webs. How can I keep the little critters off my orchid?
I dont want to use pesticides but I dont want my plant to die.
Any tips PLEASE
