Unhappy Something make my phal's leaf unsteady

Hi all.
This morning when I repot my NOID phal, i found that her leaf is unsteady.
When I check all over the leaf, I found brown and dry area that made the leaf unsteady.
Are those fungus? Are there something I can do?
I think she will lose the leaf in several days.

Here is the pic.

Which leaf? Phals can lose bottom leaves and not suffer any ill effects. As they age and roots push through its common. Your phal actually looks pretty healthy. If you decide to remove any of the bottom leaves, leave at least the four top leaves.

Could it be old sunburn scars? I have a few that look like that after I neglected them in too much sun last summer.

I don't see much of a problem, just looks dried out on the one spot at the base of the leaf, I doubt the leaf will fall off from it. . . Best just to keep an eye on it for now, from what I can see the rest looks healthy. If I were to guess at what happen, the leaf most likely got bumped at some point causing a minor tear in the leaf at the base... as time went on it dried out in that spot.
