small long striped beetle like bug on flowers and stem

Heyhey,
I just got a new orchid and thankgod i thought of putting it in quarantine for 2 weeks because there they were: bugs o.O
There are small beetle like bugs on the orchid, striped white and darkbrown, they move around at a few cm a minute or something, and they are on the back of the flowers and on the stem. They arent hard i could easily squash some of them by just rubbing a finger over it.

here is the pic:

I don't recall seeing any of those here in the states. But its shape is similar to a lady bug larva . Our lady bug larva have red or yellow dots on the sides not stripes. It looks to big to be thrip also so hard to say..... Maybe there's a place to Identify bugs there in Holland.

Looks like a ladybug larvae. The photo doesn't show up very well.

I'd say thrip as well especially considering the size.
