Odontoglussum and Paph problems

Hello,
This is my first forum thread, and I doubt I will get all the info in my first post, so feel free to ask for more info/pictures!

First orchid:
I have an Odontoglossum orchid with what seemingly has a fungus infection. It has tiny brown spots on the leaves (see pictures), and from the pictures that Ron posted in the “Webpage; How to identify Orchid viruses in orchids” thread, I think it is Cymbidium Mosaic Virus, but I could be wrong. If it is indeed a fungal infection, how do I treat it? The advice I read online says I should cut off all diseased leaves, but there are so many of them that if I cut them all off, there would be none left! This is my first encounter with a fungal infection of any sort, so I do not own any fungicide and would rather not have to buy one…are there any household items that can treat fungal infections?
This poor orchid also desperately needs a repot/divide, so when should I do that? I was holding out until it lost its blooms, but now with the fungal infection, should I treat before I repot or after?

Second orchid:
My second orchid in distress is my Paph, which I think is suffering from crown rot. However, I have never seen this either, so any clarification is welcome. I recently noticed that where the leaves met at the crown, they were rippley and streaked with red, which was very different from my other Paph which is healthy. Then, one of the bottom leaves suddenly turned yellow with black spots, which nearly scared me to death…and by the next morning it had turned black (see pictures). Surprisingly, the plant has new shoots and is still in bloom, and there is another bud on the spike, so I am hoping I can save it! For the time being I have sprinkled cinnamon on the crown, but I don’t know if that is helping at all...

Both my orchids are also quarantined.

So I guess my questions are:
1. Does my Odontoglossum orchid have a fungal infection?
2. If so, how should I treat it?
3. If I need to treat it, should I treat it before or after I repot/divide it?

1. Does my Paph have crown rot?
2. How should I treat it if it does?

So sorry for the long post! As a beginner orchid grower it's a relief to be able to ask questions like these to other more experienced growers!

your plants look fine....the odontoglossum is of the oncidium alliance and has what i call oncidium spot.....doesnt affect the plant, just looks unsightly....i believe it is a fungus that is present in the plant and it doesnt respond to fungicides.....the paph looks perfectly normal, they shed old leaves from the older fans which die eventually...your blooming fan looks healthy, the red color on the crown is simply pigment indicative of your dark colored bloom.....the new growth fan looks fine too....i dont like paphs in sphagnum moss tho, it just doesnt work for me, you might consider repotting it in a small bark mix after it finishes this bloom....gl

Thank you! That is a relief. I bought the Paph in the moss mix and haven't repotted yet.

Hello,
The paph looks like how trader joes set them up in a pot especially the outer cashe pot. I would repot that one asap I gotten a few like this and they had some root rot going on. Paphs don't like wet feet to sit in water the outer pot isn't allowing it to breath or dry quickly they really pack that moss and it drys very slowly in the middle. A good bark mix will make that guy really happy just keep it moist not sopping wet even in bark.
Good luck

I think they are both ok. I agree with the comments above, the Odont is normal but you need to take the Paph out of the moss when you can.

The Odont won't die and I can't see any crown rot on the Paph. Moss with a Paph doesn't seem to work (although it can work with Phrags).

No need to panic just yet but keep an eye on your watering.
