Help

I'm new in the orchid world !!!!! and I need some help with a vanda i recently got.
Leaves are turning white (its like they are cover with a white layer which you can remove) and they have new black spots which are getting worse day by day.
Here you can see some pictures.
Is the orchid sick?, is this a fungus?. Any information/advice please?????.

I would guess you're hosing the plant down and that is mineral salts left behind from the water supply.
