Hello and welcome to the forum!
I just want you to know upfront that I am just guessing here. I am not a big expert, but it does look like a virus to me...., just this circular pattern to the spots worries me. If in fact it is a virus, I am not sure anything can be done to save it. It's recommended to discard the orchid if it does have a virus. Unfortunatly only a test can tell for sure if this is a virus or not. Usually it is not easy to say for sure by just looking at the orchid. I am just guessing here.
I hope people on this forum with more knowlege about orchid viruses will be able to tell for sure. And I hope it's not a virus.....

Yeah, that first picture would leave me thinking virus.

Like orchidea mentioned...the only way to know for sure is to test. If it's virus...there is no cure.

If you've only had it one week...I'd take it back and get a new plant.

The tricky thing is that some fungi also make circular patterns. Circular does not always mean virus. IMHO this is just a fungal thing. I'd treat it with a good fungicide.

If you've only had it a week, I'd take it back, no question.
