Need some info

Have had a Zygopetalum for the past 3 month, and now I start to be slightly worried. Indeed a lot of the leaves have a little bit of necroses at the top and one has a lot of it (photo 1) additionally I’ve noticed recently that one the new leaves has signs of necroses (photo 2). What is it coming from and what should I do ?
Any info would be appreciated
TY

Welcome to the forum Ty.
Can you repost the pics in larger form? They are so small it is hard to see what you are describing. Black/dark brown tipped leaves can be caused from excess fertilizer and/or buildup of minerals - be sure and flush loads of water through your pot every few months.

The second pic with darkness down on the leaf looks like disease - like rot. Do not water your plant(s) late in the day where they don't get dried out by evening and provide plenty of air movement. Hopefully more ideas/comments will follow..........

Not symptoms of virus. I don't think the term necrociss would be applicable here. Necrosciss usually means sunken and black, at least that is where I have seen it applied. The center leaf does look like rot, and I expect the the leaf will pull out very easily, and should be removed if it gives easily. I think it would be bet to flush your plants out everytime you water if you can and go very easy on the fertilizer.

Thanks Cynthia, I suddenly I feel a lot better knowing that is doesn't look like a virus or anything nasty !
Already flushed it with water and I’ll keep her away from fertilisers for some time …..
