you definitely need higher light condition for all those dendrobium. They look dehydrated also. So your humidity might be low for the plant, water more often like twice a day and put water tray below the plant to increase the humidity level.

Hi zaeem, first of all how often you get rain and what is your temperature and do the plants get hit by the rain? First pic is just another shoot forming? As for 2nd pic, i think your plant is mutated, are they from mericlone? It sometimes happen with the cloned dendrobiums. If your place is wet and humid, i suggest you cut open the leaves to prevent rotting. Observe the plant, if this happen again, maybe you should just throw it away, some shoots will be fine others will have this happening again. Up to you. How often you fertilize?

As for joe, its not immune, its evolution, if you use the same insecticides, one of these days, a pair of the insects will not be affected by it, so will their millions of offspring. And also, different insecticides deal with different pest, so depends on what problem you have also, if nothing, i probably will not use if family are around.

I've moved this discussion to a new thread because it was hijacking the topic of another.

now that i see that you have very very low humidity, you need a water tray (no mosquito problem in your area?) to boast the humidity. U need to test the light condition,if the sun light cast no shadow when you place your palm over the plant then you have very low light. If it cast a fuzzy shadow then that is the right light condition.

agree with digitalgate more water more fertilizer more spray
if you use water soluble fert, you can do 2-3 times a week
low humidity means less fungus attack, so i suggest 1 insecticide spray every 2 weeks and 1 fungicide every month.

1.5 or 1.2 g per litre. 70g is too much.
