Should I worry??

I don't have many bulbs, should I worry about these spots on one leaf?
Do you know what might be the problem?
Thank you

Bulb. sumatranum 'A-doribil' x Bulb. echinolabium

Just looks like a fungal infection to me. Have you used a fungicide on this?
