Thank you so much for sharing this link. This may have solved my yellow-tipped leaf disaster. A picture there looks exactly like what my Den has. It looks like Septoria.

Thank you for posting that link - I was really worried about some of my orchids - turns out that they were burnt during our last summer...much better than having a disease
