sesame seed like formings on roots

I am very new to orchid caring, I got my first two phals yesterday. There seemed to be nothing wrong then, but today, I noticed that one of the plants had plenty of something that looked like sesame seeds on the roots that come out of the pot's holes. I am afraid that they might be some kind of pest, but I do not know what kind these might be and I need help to define them so that I could take care of them.
Please help me!

Take a closer look please. Are they insects?(alive, moving) or small fragments of sphagnum moss, in fact small leaves, which really look like sesame seeds...
Aniko.

re:

They weren't really moving or had legs or something, but they were not attached to the roots, but holding on with a sticky substance. Can they really be small leaves springing out of roots?

In this case, considering your description, it can be a pest.Unfortunately (or fortunately?) I've never had this situation, so please wait for an expert opinion to get rid of them.
Meantime you can find some information reading the Pests and Diseases section of the forum.
