Im fairly new to orchids and i have finally been able to get my orchids in bloom but i have a serious problem with the roots! i think it might be stress for the flowers but you guys are the experts maybe you can help me out?
here are some pictures of how the plant roots look and this happened like 2 days ago! i know the roots are supposed to be silvery but they are not....any suggestion on what it might be?

Welcome to the forum!
What is the issue that you are concerned with? What I see from your pics looks fairly normal. As roots age they will loose their silvery sheen - sooner rather than later if not enough humidity to keep them healthy & growing. Green roots indicate you haev chlorophyll present that is photosynthesizing like leaves and providing energy to the plant. If the roots lack moisture they will turn tan colored and then eventually darken even more and then dry up - usually aerial roots - again with lack of moisture/humidity. You can spritz them a few times a day (early in the day so they have a chance to dry before evening) and perhaps keep them growing/silvery longer? Overall your plant appears to be healthy regardless - from the pics. Good job on getting the rebloom.

Green roots also indicate moist roots. It's often the case that the silvery sheen appears when the root surface is dry and that the root turns green when the root is moist. The root actually doesn't change colour, what happens is that the silvery outer layer of velamen becomes transparent when wet revealing the green root underneath.

All that to ech what mike said, that your roots appear normal and healthy to me.

I see your phal is potted in sphagnum moss. You'll want to make sure the moss is not packed tightly as this can keep the roots too wet and lead to root rot. There are several threads here on root loss of this kind. Does the sphagnum moss seem to be packed tightly?

The white deposits may either be mold or salts from fertilizing. Either way, with the small bit that is present, it shouldn't be a problem. My best guess is that it is just a small bit of mold (keep in mind, a little mold shouldn't be a problem... it exists in the natural habitat too). Keep an eye on it and if it gets worse, post more pics.

I guess I better pass on this one I have been killing mealy bugs for two weeks so every thing I see white looks like a mealy bug to me LOL but I will say one thing has your water got a lot of chlorine in it? If it does then let your water sit out for 48 hours before using it. Also if you are using too much fertilizer that can hurt too just do a royal flush on them next time you water. I hope I have helped a little
