Whatever it is, I wouldn't "keep treating" it with the same stuff. The damage that's done won't be erased by more treatments. You have to wait for more new leaves to see if whatever the cause was is gone now. I'd wipe the leaves down carefully with soapy water in case some pest is lingering, then let it be, see how things go when it gets a couple of new leaves, and replan at that point.
Purple leaves-- the commonest cause of purple leaves on phals in my experience is heredity-- lots of dark purples, pinks and even whites with a pink blush have leaves that are purple on the bottom.
