Oda. George McMahon: is this something I should be worried about?

There is a black sheath at the bottom of a flowering pseudobulb on my Oda. George McMahon. Also there are black spots on some of the leaves. I have had this plant about a month and I can't tell if either of these conditions have gotten any worse. Is this something I should be worried about?

Thanks,

Dan

If you have pests, you might need to call an Orkin pest exterminator to help keep your flowers pest free.
