Demdrobium Leaf Markings

Just curious what these markings are on my Den. kingianum which resides outside, under a shadecloth gazebo. Sunburn is not an issue as we haven't had much sun here recently.

This has happened before and the way the little dots form a line seems unusual.

Sorry, I can't help you with the leaf markings. But just had to comment on your signature about buying a Mac (i.e. better than Windows).

I think these are bite marks, something ( a caterpillar ?) is eating your plant...

I doubt whether it is a caterpillar, I regularly spray the leaves once a month with "anti everything" spray. Haven't seen a creepy crawley, ant, aphid, scale etc for quite some time and I check every morning, and evening, when I get home from work.
