It looks like you might have some type of bacterial cane rot. Are the canes soft and mushy?

I've always had the same problem with nobile type Dens. as well. Is this from over watering? I have 4 plants now that's doing OK but I also would like to know how to prevent this.

If you overfertilized, you may have burned off the leaves with fertilizer burn. If the roots are good and the canes still seem to be alive, then you may just need to give it time to put up some new shoots/keikis.

Nobile type Dendrobium leaves should turn brown and fall off, that is normal.

What is not normal is the new growth wilting and dying. This is probably a bacterial problem. I am seeing it attack Cattleya this month.

My nobile dens are getting hours of rain every day for the rest of the summer and I do not have rot problems. I doubt over watering alone would cause the problem. They naturally have monsoon rains in the environment of Den nobile the species.

This is the time of year that nobiles grow their best. They need lots of water and fertilizer, but they also need lots of sun. What light is the plant in? Nobiles need as much if not more than catts. Lots of water and fertlizer with low light spells disaster.

My den nobile just bit the dust. I think it was combination too much water and bacteria problem. My cats have had some problems too. My vandas are loving all the water.

About the canes the old ones are complete yellow and I saw that the new ones are also becoming yellow and they feel soft. Also as you can see in a picture I took 3 months ago the plant had many keikis, actually it had 4 and now there's only 1 and is dying. They simply rot..
I m not sure that the problem is the fertilizer because it was doing ok until 1 month ago, and when I over fertilized it was 2 months ago. I made some research and I thought it could be a heat problem so I started leaving the fan running all day, but the problem was the same, then some one told me to change the moss, I did it but it continues dying.... is there something I can do about this bacteria?...
Also I'm not sure that the light could be the problem because it gets in the morning soft light and in the afternoon higher, and it was doing ok, it was blooming and growing, so I don't think that's the problem... am I right??

I m so confused, orchids are worst that woman, lol...

HELP!

I hope these new pictures can give you more clues.
