Not sure if the plant is sick or I am doing something wrong

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if the plant is sick or attacked by pest. Would like to seek the advice of the experts here. Here are some pics. Thanks.

Do you know name if your orchid? Looks like a milt or milt/onc cross That's my
guess and I know someone on here will let me know if I guessed wrong.

The first thing I noticed was that the pb is shriveled up, That is from not enough water. The pb should be plump, smooth and firm, not all wrinkley like in your photo. The roots look like there pretty healthy. A nice silvery/green.

The white spots on the flowers could be powdery mildew. The first pic looks like some time of fungus.

Couple things going on. The plant is dehydrated and needs more water. The pseudos are too shriveled. The white specks and dewy residue is a tale tale sign of mites. The white striations on the one leaf is what the leaves look like from a mite attack.

The black spots are fungal. Ample ample airflow will stop this. Oncidiums are prone to this and it doesn't go away. Just make sure the airflow is good.

Thanks.

1) Water more
2) Get rid of mites
3) Improve air circulation.

Anything else I should do?

What about the petals? It looks like it is burnt on the edges for one of the flower.

Really not a whole lot the plant appears to be getting adequate sunlight, but the more I look at the petals the more I contemplate on the idea of the possibility of thrips.
